The functional currency of the Harta138 Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account Balances, bonus amounts, withdrawal limits, and wager amounts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Any Account determined to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonus balances and derived winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently suspended.
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is credited automatically following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. This bonus is available once per User and is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the active promotion terms. All bets and wagers placed on the Harta138 Platform are subject to the Platform's acceptance at its sole discretion. Harta138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at any time prior to the relevant event commencing, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal or limitation.
In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical malfunction or human data entry error, Harta138 reserves the right to declare such bets void and return the relevant stake to the User's Account Balance. Harta138 will not be obligated to honour winnings arising from manifest errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Harta138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and potential legal action:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. Harta138's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Harta138 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily interrupt access to the Platform.
Harta138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been involved in any prohibited conduct, breach of these T&C, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. Upon termination for cause, any Account Balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Harta138 customer support. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw any available real-money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary Account closure are forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these T&C that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Harta138 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, Harta138 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification to the address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the termination procedure in Section 13.2.
